The DC African Diaspora International Film Festival (ADIFF) – DC will hold its 11th Anniversary festival from August 18 to 20, 2017 at the George Washington University (GWU) Marvin Center (800 21st Street NW). The weekend will feature fourteen films ‐including 11 DC premieres ‐that will take audiences in and out of the United States. ADIFF, a 501C3 not-for-profit Corporation, holds festivals in Chicago in June,  in Washington DC in August, and in Paris, France in September.  the African Diaspora Film Festival holds monthly community screenings at Teachers College, Columbia University that are open to the public and have series that vary in theme.
